Appeal options

According to Løgting Act No. 19 of April 7. 2014 on Home Services, Elderly Care etc., citizens have the opportunity to appeal decisions made by NBH regarding services to the citizen.

Appeals must be filed within 4 weeks after the plaintiff has received written notice of the decision. The appeal must be sent to:
