Preventive home visits

It is incumbent on the municipalities of the Northern Islands to offer citizens who are 75 years of age and older and do not receive services from NBH an annual offer of preventive home visits. These citizens receive a letter from the NBH once a year with an offer of a home visit. The purpose of the visit is to stimulate health and to prevent diseases.

The citizen decides for himself what is being talked about. The conversation can be about things that affect one's life situation, such as physical and/or mental health, housing issues, offers of preventive and health-promoting campaigns, etc.
